Terms and conditions of trainings

Terms and conditions of participation in trainings organized by Cogit sp. z o.o.

  1. The Organizer of the training and the Administrator of the personal data is Cogit sp. z o.o. with its registered office: 02-676 Warsaw, 21 Postępu St., NIP: 521-10-18-927 (Organizer).
  2. The price and the scope of the training is given each time on the dedicated page of the given training. All other unspecified costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) are covered by the participant on his own.
  3. Sending to the Organizer by e-mail, a completed and signed application form (“Application”) is equivalent to concluding an agreement. Based on the completed form, the Organizer shall issue and send a pro forma invoice to the e-mail address indicated in the form. (Note – the form found on the website – is only a preliminary declaration of interest in the training)
  4. Payments should be made to the Organizer’s bank account within 7 days of receiving the pro forma invoice.
  5. One should inform the Organizer about the cancellation of participation in the training by sending such information to the following address: info@cogit.pl.
  6. In case of cancellation of participation in the training not later than twenty (20) calendar days before the training starts, the Organizer will return the whole amount paid or, with the consent of the participant, suggest another date of the training.
  7. In case of cancellation of participation in the training less than twenty (20) calendar days prior to the start of the training, the participant will be charged the full price of the training (unless the cancellation affects the minimum number of participants – the Organizer will offer the possibility of another training date).
  8. Failure to cancel the application or participation in the training does not release the applicant from the obligation to pay.
  9. The organization of the training depends on the gathering of a minimum group of participants. In case of cancellation of the training, the amount paid will be refunded or, with the consent of the participant, will be transferred to the next date of the training in question.
  10. All materials provided to the participant are the property of the Organizer (or partner companies), their reproduction and distribution without the consent of the Organizer is prohibited.
  11. The participant acknowledges that the Organizer may record the course of the Event using audio and video recording devices. The Organizer may post the recorded recording in a medium of its choice, taking into account the applicable laws on the protection of personal rights, including personal data.
  12. The Participant has the right to request access to his/her personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. In addition, the Participant has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
